Dave on "Tribute to Heroes"

Dave Matthews will be performing, solo and acoustic, at tonight's America: A Tribute to Heroes." The show will be broadcast on every major network (confirmed to be on VH1, MTV, CBS, Fox, NBC and ABC), live, from 9pm to 11pm.
