Deep End and Chicago Released

There are two notable releases today: Live In Chicago and Gov't Mule's The Deep End, Volume 1. Live In Chicago is DMB's fourth live release, this one from 12/19/98. The only new song on the disc is "#40," a song that has been played since 1995, but never released officially until today. Today's other release, The Deep End, includes Stefan Lessard on bass on one track, and is being released by ATO Records, the label owned and operated by Dave Matthews, among others. (ATO Records just launched a brand-new site yesterday, by the way, so check it out.) Gov't Mule had a release concert at the Roseland in New York City on Thursday, a show that Stefan sat in on. There are some nice video clips of the evening on DMB's site. [3:50pm Update: "The Maker" is the new song on Chicago, and not "#40," which was on Listener Supported, of course. Thanks to the twenty bajillion people who wrote in and told us.]
