Futureman Arrested on Tax Charges

Futureman (real name Roy Wooten), the Flecktones' percussionist, has been arrested on four counts of tax evasion. A grand jury has indicted him on charges of evading taxes since 1995. He faces up to a million dollars in fines and twenty years in prison. His arraignment is set for Wednesday, November 28th. Futureman has performed with Dave Matthews band on over a dozen occasions in the past four years. Thanks to Nick Ziomek for the tip.
