Smaller Venues; Tour in April

Band manager Coran Capshaw has confirmed the rumors that the band will abandon their practice of playing stadiums, scaling back to arenas and amphitheatres. He says it's not so much an economic or a cultural decision, but more a result of the stress level associated with setting up and playing for 50,000 people. DMB will resume touring in April, and hopes to take another shot at their cancelled European tour sometime next year. Billboard has the story.
