Tour Company Sues DMB, Wohl

Yet another lawsuit has been filed against Dave Matthews Band as a result of last year's Chicago dumping incident, this time by the boat company. It was in August that a group taking a tour down the Chicago River with Mercury Skyline Yacht Charters that, while passing under a bridge, they were rained upon by gallons of urine and disinfectant from a black tour bus above them. Dave Matthews Band bus driver Stefan Wohl has been criminally charged with illegally discharging one the band's buses' waste tanks, and several lawsuits have been filed in the matter.
