Stefan Wohl Found Guilty

Today, Dave Matthews Band bus driver Stefan Wohl pled guilty to the illegal discharge of a DMB tour bus' waste tanks last August. Wohl received 18 months' probation, 150 hours of community service, and was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine. Wohl long claimed innocence in the Chicago-dumping case, but the conviction seems to settle the question. This settles only the criminal component of the case -- there remains a series of civil suits against Wohl and Dave Matthews Band.
