Tour Concludes at Red Rocks

By Waldo Jaquith
Dave Matthews Band concluded the 2005 tour season with a bonus fourth show at Red Rocks last night. The show was added two weeks ago, to benefit the hundreds of thousands of Gulf Coast victims of Hurricane Katrina. The four-night stay at Red Rocks was wildly well-received, particularly the third show. This is not the last gig for the year, though: Dave Matthews will be participating in the "From the Big Apple to the Big Easy" benefit concert on September 20, in New York City, performing with John Mayer, Trey Anastasio and -- pray for a collaboration here -- Tom Waits.
