highlights for me certainly included the OSW, LIOG, last stop combo, and the encore. it was the first one sweet world i had seen since the first song of my first dmb show, and it was excellent. the intro jam is now very long, and the concluding jam was pretty different, complete with a dave scat/rap finish. carter's drum solo intro to anyone seen the bridge had me fooled into #36, but i've got five more shows to hear that one (i hope). watchtower worked well as a closer ... no stefan solo to intro the song. jimi thing once again included a ska-esque jam in the middle, especially dave's guitar work ... made want to sing "twenty twenty twenty four hours ago..." the encore was excellent. PFWYF was a definite reprive from the crash into me and satellite first encores of the past two nights. ants was my first in a while, with a much longer and changed intro jam. carter still gives boyd the long solo at the end... the repeats were a bit of a downer, but the songs that i hadn't heard in a while always seem to be brilliant when i hear them again for the first time in a while ... i need some sleep. i'm road weary. talk to everyone after birmingham, and i sure as hell hope tim shows up...
