dave and tim are awesome together. tonight they ripped it up in good ole Indiana, PA. they put on a great show. dave was in a weird mood, he kept tellin stories that didn't really pertain to anything, they were just funny. it was a small venue only holding approx, 1500 people, but it was cool. they played for about 2 1/2 and played just about every awesome song they sing. it was overall just a great concert. oh and they also had an awesome encore of too much and watchtower to finish it off. basically just another awesome dave concert. but i must say i do like the smaller venue better than, the larger ones. i've been to both and i liked this a lot. and it's cool how in between songs the crowd has little conversations with dave. and he always has an interesting answer for every comment. overall a great concert by 2 great musicians.

I just got home from the concert, and I must say I was amazed!!! Dave and Tim are such a great combination. Dave with his great songs and vocals, and Tim with his unmatchable talent. This was my first Dave and Tim experience and I hope it is not the last. They started out with "Lie in our Graves" which really got the crowd going. They played a few from the new album, "Repunzel", "Don't Drink the Water"---with that "This Land Is Your Land" outro, "The Stone", "Pantala Naga Pampa", and a personal favorite; "Crush". Tim ripped it up in his solo's. I am still amazed by that guys talent. They played lots of the quality old stuff, along with Crash, and ended with, much to the crowds satisfaction, "Watchtower". The crowd was better than I expected. They seemed to be pretty quiet and respectful during most of the quiet songs, with the occasional unneeded comments. As expected Dave said some pretty interesting things between songs. At one point between songs, Dave spilled his drink and Tim picked up a towel and cleaned it up while Dave told a story. The Dave and Tim shows are such a treat. The show is much different than his summer tours with the rest of the band. With the acoustic setting, and they are so much more personal...well Tim doesn't say much. I can't wait until I can see them in this setting again!!!
