This was my first Dave and Tim show out of six overall, and it was great. Very seldom are we in New Mexico lucky enough to have them here. Anyway, the setlist was great. It had six firsts for me, including Digging a Ditch. Hearing Wynona was great. The highlight of the night was when they played Ants Marching, for the first time this tour, I think. That is definately one of the best songs to hear live!!! The crowd was actually better than I expected, except for the fat frat fuck who would not shut up. Quite a bit of Davespeak. He kept talking about how dry it was. He told a very funny story about how John Wayne would ride in from the desert, get off his horse, go to the bar and order a shot of whisky. "Maybe after he had a couple big glasses of water. Whisky, my ass!" In a perfect Ausrtalian accent, he also talked about the "Crocdile Man," and how nuts he is. One final note, Timmy is absolutelly amazing. Some of the sounds that he makes with his guitar are unbeli! evable. All in all, a great evening.

WOW! My first D&T and I was totally blown away! Kiva Auditorium is a great venue. I don't think there was a bad seat in the place. I was about 15 rows back, left of center..not too bad. Dave and Tim came on stage looking mighty nice. Tim is much smaller that I ever imagined. He looks like he's lost some weight perhaps. Dave was looking good in a lovely navy blue sweater and tan courds. Song highlights of the night included Proudest Monkey, The Stone, and Warehouse. Right before Dave started in on the "Wise men say.." lines at the end of The Stone, this total jackass at the back yelled out "Wise men!" just to show off how "cool" he was. Grr..wanted to go back there and slap him. Otherwise, the audience wasn't too bad. Dave got in some good Davespeak about "The Crocodile Guy", Teletubbies, John Wayne, boogers, and some other stuff. D&T shows are amazing because of how intimate and close you're able to get with Dave and Tim. Truly incredible..
