We arrived a bit early to beat the traffic that was supposed to be horendous due to the NBA game that was going on across the street. The Roots started off the night with a blazing set. Razel[sp.?], the human beatbox and DJ Scratch freestyled and mixed in everything from Star Wars to Soundgarden into a tight 45 minute set. The stadium was mostly empty until Santana started their set and wow, was I unimpressed. The music was ok and Santana had several sweet solos but I just couldn't get into it. The setlist was similar to the night before and it was just.....blah. Dave and the boys came on and the crowd went nuts and from the 7th row warehouse seats I had the view couldn't have been better.Everyone on stage was laughing so I knew that the band was pumped up and the delivered an energetic show. The setlist was decent but they played some repeats including True Reflections, Long Black Veil and #41???? Bela added his usual greatness and Butch wasn't as noticable as Thurs. The back up singers were a nice addition to L B V and True R but Stay was bordering on annoying. I would almost rather hear Crash instead. LIOG was as great as any of the closers Ive heard and Boyd worked the 60,000 people up into a frenzy. Another repat from last night was some goon trying to boot me from my seats until I pointed out that he was in the wrong section. He claimed he had bought them for "alot" from a ticket broker and it was funny because they were....warehouse tickets. AHHH the humanity.Hope everyone had a blast and see you in VA Beach.

AMAZING COMCERT!!!! was a sing-a-long during Stay, WWYS, Crush, and the other radio songs. But also had around 15-20 jams on crush, 2step, say goodbye, and seek up. BOYD WAS AMAZING DURING CRUSH!!! This was my first Dave concert but will be the best...definitely not the last concert. The crowd got a kick out of the guy jumping onstage during Drive In Drive Out...Dave just kept playing like it was an everyday thing. ALL in ALL...GREAT CONCERT!!! one NOT to miss!

Well, where do I start. Overall, a pretty good show. I was happy to get True Reflections, but REALLY happy to get my very own favorite, #41. Stone and The Last Stop were really good too. Long Black Veil seems to be developing into something that will become really cool. They sounded a little off at first because of the Venue... the Vet Sucks. It has terrible accoustics, but they adjusted really well. As the night went on they sounded tighter, and tighter. They sounded really tight on Don't Drink the Water and the little nature screen flythrough is awesome. I was glad to see Bela showed up, but i had heard some rumors about the Popper Man coming, but he didn't. Overall, it was a great show, despite the crappy venue.

I think that the setlist was terrific. I have heard some complaint cause they did not play Crush and Sattellite, but let me tell you the concert was amazing. I think that a true Dave fan really apprecaited the setlist, because I could hear the other songs on the radio. Say Goodbye and Long Black Vail were AMAZING, and Crash was a great encore.

Ok, I have to say out of all of the DMB concerts and Dave and Tim concerts I've been to, this one takes the cake. You would think by looking at the setlists that these show sound like all the old shows. HELL NO. These shows are amazing. I can't even describe how great the show is that this band puts on. There is so much emotion that it's unreal. For anyone who is still waiting to go to a show this tour, get ready. If you don't have tickets yet, GET THEM. For my review, I'm becoming a fan of BOWA again and with that as an opener, I knew it was going to be a great show. The typical BOWA, but still great. Jimi was nice to hear. SMTS>ASTB>Too Much was supurb. No one around me knew ASTB and had any idea Too Much was coming though...The Bela jam after The Stone and #41 was incredible. That man is unbelieveable. Say Goodbye was awesome as well. (A first for me! Finally!) Once again, no one around me had any idea what True Reflections was, let alone that Boyd could sing. The "Stay Girls" as i choose to call them were great to see. It made the show even more intense--especially during Stay. If that song didn't get the crowd pumping....I thought the place was going to cave in from everyone dancing. The Last Stop was the usual and LBV, no one around me knew (surprise, surprise). DDTW, typical, but good. There were some funky scenes on the huge TV screens that were mad cool. The Crash encore was expected. All the 13 year olds who only know that song were quite pleased. LIOG was a great ending....It was just an amazing show. I was in the first row on Saturday and I still have to say that this show was better, even in section 723. Get ready for one kick ass summer.
