Another great show in Sydney! From the comments Dave was making, he has really liked Australia, and will come back soon. A great set list with a good amount of energy from the band. Jimi thing was awesome; in the middle he did about a 2 minute free style, where most of what he was saying didn't make sense, just jiber jaber. And after playing American baby he said (and i'm paraphrasing) "that song we just played isn't about national pride. we just had an election in the u.s., and there is such a strong divide between the right and the left. It's really a song about hope, about bringing the country back together again." His voice was giving out towards the end, and it seemed like a struggle for him to get through watchtower, especially at the end. Carter was on fire, as usual. I just can't wait for him to come back down under. The crowd loved every minute of it!
