Flood Zone Strikes Deal

Days after a rumored closing of the Flood Zone, it appears that a deal between the city of Richmond and the Flood Zone has been made. They must do two things in order to stay open:

1. Close by 2:00 AM, every night. Previously, there had been Friday night dance parties going way into the morning, and people were getting hurt -- the Flood Zone isn't in the best part of town.

2. Make all shows 21+. Most had been 18+.
