Details on Solo Dave Bookings

More details are coming in about the planning-stage Dave Matthews solo tour in early spring. Representatives from Clear Channel, who are promoting the tour, have said that colleges that wish to book Dave must provide a bid of $50,000 minimum, though they expect most venues to pay as much as $100,000. They're looking for venues that hold between 2,000 and 5,000 people, somewhere in the dates of March 19th - April 6th. The goal is to schedule about 15 shows in total. Note that all of this information is from a variety of students and employees at colleges across the nation, and has not been confirmed through any official channels.
