Saturday, three men were arrested in New York for selling counterfeit DMB tickets at a show. This comes just a couple of weeks after an Ohio couple was busted for selling pirated live DMB videos over the Internet. The ticket-counterfeiters had the audacity to peddle their wares in the parking lot of Darien Lake Amphitheatre; when the customers were denied entry to the show, they quickly notified security. The New York men are being held on $10,000 bail. In the case of the Ohio couple, they were caught by a U.S. postal inspector in a sting, selling VHS tapes of appearances on Austin City Limits and at The Tabernacle. They face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
